RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 20 days of your order date for a refund or store credit.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Returns of multiple orders should NOT be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued).
If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
We ask that you wear undergarments when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Where returns are processed for store credit they will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a TGLXFASHION gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.
